No Ball Games by Banksy is an iconic composition first seen at Banksy’s Los Angeles exhibition “Barely Legal” in 2006. Like all Banksy artworks, the piece is a satirical jest at seemingly inane rules and regulations implemented by society. The children in the piece play a game of catch, ironically with a sign that reads “No Ball Games”. A mural of the piece removed from Tottenham High Road in 2013 was only the second Banksy mural to be auctioned. With continued shots at the art world and society Banksy remains one of the most important artists of the Street Art movement and indeed artists of our time.
